With a PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, his work has spanned the full tech stack, from designing high-efficiency FPGA inference accelerators to developing software frameworks for ML model analysis. Philip excels at optimizing ML models through hardware and software co-design, contributing expertise in areas like quantization, sparsity, and compression. He has a proven track record of delivering solutions across diverse hardware platforms, from data centers to client-side NPUs.
